Paris for 3 nights!
On Christmas Day we flew from Marrakesh to Paris. The sweetest (and most familiar) way to end our vacation. Paris feels like home to us. Jordan and I started going annually for 3-4 nights every April for the past 11 years. Annually turned into more than annually once we introduced the kids to the city of lights. This is probably our 15th time going and the kids third, so it makes me so happy that they feel so comfortable and at home there too. I’ve been taking French lessons since last summer too, helping my cause to ultimately spend more time there (insert praying hands!!). Here’s what we did and what I wore!
Dec 25-
Not much is open for Christmas dinner, and lots of what is seems to be price fixed in hotels. Two years ago we went to Buddha Bar with the kids, and this year it was actually the one spot we knew we HAD to eat at - Benihana!! Not only is it open on Christmas but it was bumping and CHIC!!! The icing on the cake was that my cousins were in Paris too so they joined our reservation and we had a blast. Delish skinny margs, sushi and hibachi.
Dec 26-
We did a phenomenal cooking class and met the chef at the markets. We went from the boulangerie to the fromagerie to pick out cheese, baguettes, scallops, veggies, fruit and more. We went back to a beautiful kitchen space to then cook the meal. It was hours of fun and togetherness.
We shopped all around Rue St. Honore. I bought these Miu Miu sneakers and an Hermès Rodeo charm for my new Birkin (I told you guys that serendipitous story!!!).
We went to dinner at La Renommée with our friends who live in Paris. It’s definitely a cool spot, brought to you by the owners of 4 Charles. After dinner went back to our friends’ apartment for champs and for me to ogle their decor and pretend I live there!
Dec 27-
We walked all around Saint Germain and had lunch at our fave- Le Deux Magots. I had the Croque Madame, and this time with thinly grilled chicken instead of ham (didn’t even know that was an option!).
Jordan and I went for a martini pre- din at Ritz Bar. The line for Bar Hemingway was too long (and too hot!) so this definitely sufficed.
Dinner was at one of our go tos, Le Voltaire. 100/100.
Dec 28-
We attempted Musee D’orsay, but even early, without tickets the line was long. We ate chocolate croissants while waiting and got our steps in, so no complaints here! That’s something I adore about Paris- the constant walking!
With a few hours until we had to leave for our flight I made myself second online at Chanel to buy a classic pair of ballet flats. I went with the pale pink and black grosgrain toe. I’m so excited to wear them all spring!
Writing this allowed me to re-live this whole portion of our vacation. Paris is my happy place. Jordan and I will be back in early May for our annual adults only pilgrimage!

Where do you usually stay? Going in June for 3 nights and would love your hotel recs 🩷
Paris is also our happy place!! I have been wanting to take French lessons too, I’ll put it on my 2026 goals! Love all the recs ❤️
