My week through outfits!
Another week of looks in the books. Between museum visits, dinners out, lots of walking around, and a special Mother’s Day Sunday, there were plenty of reasons to get dressed. Here’s everything I wore throughout the week.
A white tank and a great pair of statement shorts is my kind of warm-weather uniform. These bubble shorts were too good to pass up and somehow feel both playful and polished. Finished it off with my go-to flip flops from The Row and Valentino bag for an easy downtown look.
This was my dinner look and one I absolutely loved. The sculptural white top paired with black capris felt chic, modern, and incredibly flattering. I finished it with my new peep toe heels and I’m already completely obsessed. Had dinner at one of our favs, Chez Fifi, which always makes me feel like I’ve been transported straight to Paris. Perfect timing, since that’s exactly where I’m headed this week ;)
A simple white tank and light-wash denim is always a good idea, but the Valentino espadrilled Maryjane's Maryjane’s are what really make this look. I am obsessed with the red and pink color combination, and they are unbelievably comfortable. One of those statement shoes that instantly makes an otherwise easy outfit feel special.
Started the day with a run through Central Park with Jordan, followed by breakfast at Three Guys, and then lots of walking around the city with the kids. I wanted something comfortable but still pulled together, a tee, denim, and a sweater over the shoulders never fails. The real stars are my Valentino x Vans, which might just be one of my favorite designer collaborations ever.
Mother’s Day ended with a special dinner with the family, and it was the perfect way to wrap up such a lovely day. Being celebrated is always sweet, but truly, being part of the mom club is the best gift of all. There is nothing I’m more grateful for.
